bright · lovely · bubblyThe golden bubbles of this Veuve du Vernay brut are made respecting the French tradition by the house of PATRIARCHE based in Beaune in Burgundy. The grapes come from vines which have been patiently cared for, with respect for the environment, and are processed according to a step-by-step ancestral tradition.
The search for perfection at each step guaranties an irreproachable quality and gives these sparkling chardonnay wines their unique character and the well-known aromatic complexity.
The palate is full with delicate apple and pear fruit flavours complimented by smooth velvety bubbles. These mini champagne bottles are perfect served as an aperitif or with salads, fish, white meats and fruit desserts.
Mini bottles, also known as "quarter bottles" or "splits", measure 187mL in volume and are perfect for single servings or toasts.
