After harvest, the Route 29 is fermented and aged in a mixture of French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks - the use of oak enhances the wine’s texture and length on the palate, while the stainless steel helps the wine retain freshness. The result is a crisp and refreshing wine that leaps out of the glass with aromas of key lime, lemongrass, and crushed stones.
