Produced with Chardonnay grapes harvested by hand exclusively in Rotari's vineyards of the hilly areas at the foot of the Dolomites. The Chardonnay expresses best its fresh and fruity character and is fragrant, intense and elegant. Rotari Brut rests in bottle at least 24 months before releasing the unmistakable aromas and mountain scents.
