From the hills of Treviso, north of Venice, comes the Maschio Prosecco sparkling wine. This is a DOC designated wine from alkaline sandstone soil. The color is light straw yellow with a lively froth. You'll find a bouquet of white peach and orange blossoms. This wine is fruit forward, with peach and almond flavors. Serve as an aperitif or as an ideal match with fish, fresh fruit and pastries. Enjoy chilled at 42-56˚F.
