La Crema is a well-known producer of cool climate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the best regions of Northern California. Their Saralee’s Vineyard Chardonnay is sourced from a majestic site in the heart of the Russian River Valley that is named after the late Saralee Kunde, a beloved wine-growing visionary who planted the vineyard with her husband Richard in 1989. With its moderate climate and ideal soil composition, this roughly 200-acre vineyard has a reputation for producing some of the finest Chardonnay grapes in California.
Aged for nine months in 100% French Oak, this richly textured Chardonnay shows classic flavors of golden delicious apples, lemon curd, and honeysuckle framed by hints of vanilla and spices.
