I initially ordered 1 case of mini bottles, the Pinot Noir, for a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend. But as the party date grew near, I needed to order another case of mini bottles. This time I wanted to order the Pinot Grigio. I was having a hard time on the web site to try an duplicate the personalized label I had done for the first order. Now in a panic, I had to call the company, which I did and left a message. But the next day I also emailed my issue. I received a response right away. Their customer service was great. Not only did Ben take my order over the phone, but he made sure the label was duplicated. He also made sure it shipped out in time for my party. I got the shipment 2 days before the party.
