The grapes for this delicate California Pinot Grigio were carefully harvested at full, plump ripeness and gently pressed. To protect the delicate fruit flavors of white peach and poached nectarine we intentionally used stainless steel fermentation and aging. The aromas of Marigold flowers and bright cantaloupe melon will entice your pallet and make you yearn for this round and fruity treat.
