Love the product with the label! However, I needed to change the address for the order to ensure someone would be there at the time to sign. I emailed customer service minutes after ordering online to change the order, and the rep said it would be reprocessed with the new address I gave. I was really frustrated that the box was attempted to be delivered at the incorrect address, so they didn't change it like they said they would. I had to change my plans the next day just so someone could be at that address.
The company is easy to order from. Quality is first rate and delivery was timely. Helpful staff in designing the wine bottle label. An awesome gift for friends and family, or for a party of your own. Would definitely recommend and will use their services again.
