The 2014 Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep garnet color and an enticing nose of black currant, orange zest, raspberry and vanilla. The seamless palate starts with a berry-laden attack, follows with a full-bodied mid-palate, and ends with a long, savory finish with fine-grained, well-integrated tannins.

Given proper cellaring, this 2014 Silver Oak wine should give drinking pleasure through 2034. Give this Silver Oak wine as a gift, and add an engraving to the bottle.
