A barrel auction offers your audience the ability to buy into one barrel of wine, equaling 25 cases of wine (12 bottles per case). Each case of wine can be personalized with your member’s custom label, so effectively 12 bottles can be labeled with one unique design. Our team of artists can assist your winning members in creating a unique brand of wine that they can keep for drinking at family gatherings or give away to friends or clients. Alternatively, your winning members can supply their own artwork or use one of our existing templates. We make the design and fulfillment process for your corporate branded wine gifts super easy!
Committing to one barrel doesn’t mean you are obligated to take all the wine, so if you only auction off 15 cases from one barrel, you’re only obligation is to pay for the fraction of wine that you auctioned off. Therefore, there is no financial risk involved for your organization!
Personal Wine can handle all donation revenues or work with you on a custom platform that suits your needs.

Wine Barrel cost to the organization is $10,000 per barrel. Wines are to be auctioned off for $1,200 per case (value of $100 per bottle). If all 25 cases are auctioned at $1,200 per case, your organization will gross $20,000!.
This wine will be from the premier appellation of Napa Valley and will come with provenance demonstrating where it was bottled and using what fruit from specific vineyards. The wine will be a major varietal or blend such as Cabernet Sauvignon or Red Blend. The product is to be disclosed at the auction, so your members know exactly what they are bidding on.
Wine Barrel cost to the organization is $7,500 per barrel. Wines are to be auctioned off for $600 per case (value of $50 per bottle). If all 25 cases are auctioned at $600 per case, your organization will gross $7,500!
This wine will be from the premier appellation of Sonoma Valley or Paso Robles and will come with provenance demonstrating where it was bottled and using what fruit from specific vineyards. The wine will be a major varietal or blend such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Blend or Pinot Noir. The product is to be disclosed at the auction so your members know exactly what they are bidding on.
