Motherload is our treasured red blend from the bountiful Mount Veeder vineyards, higher elevation of Napa Valley. Motherload is a gushing well of flavor! Just like the 1850's miners who hit the "mother lode," discovering an abundant source of precious ore, Motherload is our own delightful discovery of liquid gold!

This fruit forward blend is 54% Merlot, 41% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and is a true taste of the terroir treasure trove. With deep notes of dark red fruits - plums, cherries, raspberries, and ripe strawberries - all exploding like fireworks on your nose. And oh, the palate! It's like diving into a plush pool of lush fruits and pretty florals, swimming in rich, velvety tannins.
