Fina Estampa Reposado tequila is the rested ("reposado") in oak barrels for 8 months before being hand bottled. Fina Estampa tequilas are made from select Blue Weber agave that is cooked in traditional stone ovens for between 24 and 36 hours.
Tasting Notes:Lovely bouquet of black pepper, sea brine, fennel, mint and dill. The palate entry is sweet, almost fruity/grainy and ideally oily; at midpalate there's a velvety feel on thetongue that underpins the briny, off-dry, salty taste. Finishes elegantly, oily, and extremely pepper- and dill-like.
