Orders placed after 2 a.m. will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been processed the delivery dates are as follows, depending on your service:

Individual Shipping Program

Our individual shipping program gives you the ability to send gifts to an entire database of clients with one simple order. After your order has been placed, you’ll be provided with tracking numbers for each of the packages along with an updated list a few days later to ensure all of your gifts have been delivered safely. Please keep in mind:

  • All wine deliveries require a signature from someone 21 or older.
  • The minimum number of shipments for this service is 12.


The price of shipping includes secure packaging that will ensure your order arrives in pristine condition. Additionally, all shipments come with our No-Break Guarantee, if anything breaks, we'll promptly remake and ship out replacement items or refund the cost of the product.

Prices below are for single bottle shipments, double bottle shipments, or single bottle and box combo shipments.

  • Standard (7-12 business days) | $9.99 per shipment
  • Priority (4-5 business days) | $25 per shipment
  • Expedited (2-3 business days) | $45 per shipment
  • There will be an increase in shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii determined on a case by case basis.


We treat every package like a gift. We never include invoices or pricing in our packaging. Each wine bottle is customized, packed in a cellophane bag, placed into a recycled pulp insert inside of a double-walled cardboard box, and shipped out. We also include a card from Personal Wine containing our contact information in case there are any issues with the package upon arrival.

Preparing the shipping list

To ensure a smooth delivery of all packages, it is important to have full and accurate data for each of your clients. You are responsible for the accuracy of your list, and additional shipping charges will apply for any packages that need to be reshipped. Follow these tips to ensure smooth delivery:

  • Ship to commercial addresses when possible to ensure someone 21 or older is available to sign for the packages
  • Double check all names and addresses
  • Ensure company and floor, suite or extended address are included where applicable.
  • Non-alcoholic products can be shipped anywhere in the U.S.

Delivery Process

All packages are shipped with either FedEx or UPS and will require a signature of someone 21 or older upon delivery. Packages cannot be left at doors or delivered to any addresses other than the one provided. The standard delivery process goes as follows:

  1. The carrier will make 3 delivery attempts on 3 consecutive business days.
  2. At any time after a first failed delivery attempt we suggest calling the carrier to have the package held at a local facility for "will call pickup".
  3. After the final attempt, the carrier should hold the package at a local center for 5+ business days.
  4. If the package is not picked up, it will be returned to us.
  5. If a returned package needs to be shipped back out, the customer will be required to pay for both the return journey and the new shipment.
  6. We do not offer refunds on returned orders.
