No other white varietal rivals Riesling’s magical blend of exhilarating aromas, ripe fruit flavors, refreshing acidity and versatile compatibility with food. The cool northern Italian climate in which Cavit’s vineyards are planted provides excellent growing conditions for this beguiling white grape.
Cold fermentation, including brief skin contact, is conducted under rigorously controlled conditions in order to facilitate maximum extraction of aromas. Refinement takes place in stainless steel tanks, with early bottling designed to maintain the wine’s naturally fresh bouquet.
Enjoy with flavorful appetizers, meat and vegetable pâtés, or pair with fish and white meats such as chicken and pork.
