This sparkling brut is a beautiful pale gold in color with delicate bubbles and a bouquet of fresh pear and apple. It has a clean attack, with the small bubbles offering a refreshing zing to the mouthfeel. Sophia Rae is very pleasant to the taste thanks to a well-balanced dosage. This bubbly will pair well with most light aperitifs or white meat, but goes exceptionally well with fish and seafood.
