This wine has a peachy nose and quite raisined fruit that is super fresh with white licorice notes and a refreshing, perfumed finish.

The vines that produced these grapes were planted in 1978 and offer mature and very aromatic Aligoté grapes. The limestone soil gives this wine a good length, much more than what would be expected for this appellation. The grapes are manually harvested, pressed directly after cutting, and barrel-aged for 16 months before bottling.
