2010 Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage is the maison's rosé expression of a famously demanding harvest — a wine built on Pinot Noir's red-fruit intensity, held in line by the chalky, mineral spine that defines Dom Pérignon. The 2010 growing season in Champagne tested every grower in the region, and only rigorous selection made a vintage release possible. What survived is a Rosé of real precision: generous in fruit, but taut and dry rather than lush.
The nose opens on raspberry, wild strawberry, and fresh fig, then deepens toward blood orange, rose petal, and a faint note of cocoa as the wine warms in the glass. On the palate it is silky and layered, with fine, persistent bubbles and a saline, almost stony finish that carries well past the fruit. Serve at 50–54°F in a white-wine glass rather than a flute — the aromatics need room to unwind.

What to pair with 2010 Dom Pérignon Rosé
The wine's acidity and light tannic frame stand up to more than most Champagne. Try seared tuna or salmon, duck breast, lobster with drawn butter, jamón ibérico, aged Comté or Gruyère, or simply a bowl of ripe summer berries. It also holds its own against a touch of heat — think chili-glazed pork belly or spiced lamb.
