lush · divine · tastyMosley's Chardonnay has aromas of watermelon, lemon and almonds. Towards the end, some toasted bread aromas come forward from the fermentation process. The wine has a smooth attack with a medium intensity, with more fruity flavors.
This medium-bodied California Chardonnay wine provides a long finish carried by this extra acidity. This wine will pair well with a wide range of dishes like crab cakes, scallops with citrus dressing or chicken salad.
