The Plunder Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is a dark, ruby-colored Pinot with ripe black cherry and purple plum characteristics with some Burgundian notes of earth, white pepper and forest floor. Hints of tea, spice and leather accompany blackberry and raspberry flavors. In this Willamette Pinot Noir, there is a light impression of toasty French oak with a hint of lime zest in a lingering black cherry finish.
