The deep ruby- and purple-tinged 2007 Merlot Blend possesses a sweet, fat component that provides flesh and succulence to the wine's tannic structure. Black raspberry, black currant, crushed rock, and spring flower-like characteristics emerge from this pure, textured beauty. A Bordeaux-like structure with juicy black currant notes intermixed with hints of earth, tobacco leaf and white chocolate emerge from this medium to full-bodied, tannic, impressive wine.
