What is the Christmas order cut-off date?

The Christmas order cutoff date is December 15th. Expedited shipment options are available on checkout.

Is my delivery date guaranteed by your company?

Personal Wine guarantees all orders to be shipped to you by the Estimated Ship Date when you ordered online or via sales rep with the exception of two conditions: Weather and Adult Signature. It takes DHL or FEDEX between 3-5 days to deliver wines once they are shipped.
PersonalWine.com cannot be responsible for weather conditions or natural disasters and thus any orders that are late due to weather or natural disasters are not subject to refund, rebate or returns. PersonalWine.com is not responsible for attempted deliveries from DHL as it is your responsibility to be present to accept your wine order. Under no circumstances will wines be left at your door, even at your request, due to liability and law regulations.

How do you ship your wine?

Wines are shipped by FEDEX. United States Postal Service does not allow wine shipments, thus we are bound by private carriers. Typically the cost of shipping wines runs approximately $10.00 for single bottle, $12 per double bottle, $13 per four bottle, and $17 per six bottle, and $28 per twelve bottle (case) shipment. Overnight and 2-day expedite orders can be placed online or call in orders for rush ground shipments to (800) 690-9463.

What if I want to buy several cases and ship each bottle to individuals at separate addresses?

The deadline for individual shipments is November 30th. If you want to place an individual shipment order, you will need to make individual orders online.

Why can't I ship wine to my state?

Each state has it's alcohol regulation agency and maintains the right to limit wine shipments entirely or partially.

Why is shipping wine so expensive?

Wine is heavy and fragile. Packages weigh in excess of 40 pounds with the dimensions of 16 X 15 X 15.

Where does your wine ship from?

Wine orders will be shipped either from our warehouses or directly from the wineries depending on the wine and state where the wine will be shipped. Some states only allow direct shipments from wineries, so orders shipped to one of these states could take an additional 1-2 days for delivery.

Can I order labels alone?

What can I put on my custom label?

We have dozens of templates available which you can customize on the website via our label designer. As long as the label does not have profanity, threats, or nudity, the limits are yours. Company has the right to refuse any label that may violate copyright, trademark, or alcoholic bureau regulations. Alcohol bureau regulations prohibit images containing the following: state and national flags, pornography, inappropriate language, and military emblems or symbols. Please keep in mind that the label sizes need to be adjusted to fit the wines we are applying the labels to.

Do you charge set up fees for custom labels or images?

There are no charges for custom labels or images. Label design services are free.

What if I want to order online and the proof doesn't look exactly what I want it to look like?

Orders less than one case do not receive an email confirmation proof. If you would like a proof, please contact our design department at (800) 690-WINE (9463)

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order is 1 bottle on full sized wines, 1 case on half bottles, and 1 case on mini bottles.

How long does the order process take?

Phone: Orders can typically be finalized in less than 10-15 minutes depending on order details.
Internet: Orders take less than 10 minutes

How long will it take my product to ship?

Your order will go into procurement within 48 hours of purchase. We ship via DHL Ground unless otherwise specified.
Rush services are available at an additional cost of:
- $5.00 per bottle with $1.00 each additional bottle up to $15.00 per case
- DHL or FEDEX applied increases. For more information and exact cost of expediting, please call (800) 690 WINE and hit extension 306.

What if I am not sure about a wine and need some more help?

What is your return to policy?

We guarantee our products from defects or broken goods (refused delivery) for a period of 30 days. If you receive a corked bottle simply return the merchandise for an exchange. We do not guarantee refunds or exchanges on shipping, handling or miscellaneous costs such as expedite fees unless due to company error.

Do you include billing information in the packaging?
