• FEDEX or DHL Ground Shipping is the standard shipping method. Please allow 3-5 business days, Monday thru Friday for order transit time. Orders are processed in the order received and require 5-7 days production time. Rush orders indicate that your order will ship within 1-2 business days via Ground shipping and are subject to additional fees. Expedited orders indicate that your order is high priority express shipping and are subject to 2nd day Delivery. 2nd day deliveries are processed within 24 hours and then shipped.
• All orders are adult signature verified by the courier and recipient. The delivery courier will not leave the package at the door under any circumstances!
• When ordering, please at least 10 days, not including Saturdays or Sundays from the date the order is submitted.
• Wine shipments must be delivered to a physical address (no P.O. boxes).

• Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

• We will give refunds on all merchandise found to be defective. Normal refund turnaround time varies depending on the time of cancellation.
• We do not guarantee any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations of wine purchases.

• You must be 21 years old to order and receive wine shipments. We refuse the right to sell to anyone.
• Company has the right to refuse any label that may violate copyright, trademark, or alcoholic bureau regulations. Alcohol bureau regulations prohibit images containing the following: state and national flags, pornography, inappropriate language, and military emblems or symbols.
• All orders will be assessed the ship-to state’s sales tax and shipping fees when applicable.

• All Personalwine.com logos, icons, labels, color schemes, layout design, and other related images and or design elements are copyrighted and can not be reproduced without the expressed intent of the webmaster.
• Purchaser hereby agrees that he/she is of age in their state to purchase and consume any alcoholic beverages. He/she agrees that the credit card, cashier’s check, and/or money order used to purchase this order are owned/established by the purchaser. Any identity fraud by the user may result in a felony in their state and the state of Texas.
